## How he works

He builds by directing AI coding agents the way a lead directs a team. He frames the problem, sets the architecture and makes the trade offs, then puts agents to work exploring the code, building, testing and shipping. He works with Claude, the Model Context Protocol, local models on Ollama, Whisper and Gemini, and keeps a human in the loop, so nothing posts or spends without his approval. His process lives in reusable skills, so every project ships with strong SEO, Cloudflare security and numbers he can stand behind.

He directs AI the way a staff engineer directs a team: the judgment stays his, the speed comes from the machine. His way of working is built on Anthropic's own agentic engineering practices, which is how he takes an idea to a live, real world product faster than a traditional build. By the numbers: 5 local AI apps and 100% human in the loop.
