A new home for Jaipur's dance school since 1995

A full rebuild of buskers.in for Buskers Dance Institute, replacing a 2018 WordPress theme with a fast static site built around three.js scroll scenes.
The spark
The school's site was a 2018 WordPress theme run by outside developers. The goal was to own it end to end and make it feel as alive as a dance class.
What was built
I rebuilt it from scratch as a static site the school owns end to end: three.js scenes that move with the scroll, GSAP and Lenis motion, a Leaflet location map, and Cloudflare in front, staged for the domain cutover.

- Static Vite build, no CMS to patch
- Scroll scenes on GSAP ScrollTrigger and Lenis
- Cloudflare in front, instant rollback to the old site
