The spark
I was doing the same operational glue-work over and over, and wanted a private assistant that could actually act on my behalf, not another chatbot that only talks.
What was built
I built a self-hosted AI COO with a bespoke particle-brain face, wake-word voice and neural TTS, and sandboxed 'hands' for files and my network, a mediator that delegates the hard jobs to a frontier model, always behind human-approval gates.
